TravelLoger Group LLC was founded in the summer of 2020 in Atlanta, Georgia, during one of the most challenging periods the travel industry had ever faced. While many companies scaled back their operations, our founding team of five travel professionals saw an opportunity to build something fundamentally different. Each of us had spent years working inside the airline and hospitality industries, and we shared a common frustration: booking flights had become unnecessarily complicated, riddled with hidden fees, confusing fare classes, and aggressive upselling tactics that turned an exciting process into a stressful ordeal. We came together in a small office on Piedmont Road in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta with a clear mission: to make travel planning simple, honest, and accessible for everyone.
Our first months were dedicated entirely to understanding the traveler experience from the ground up. We interviewed hundreds of customers about their biggest pain points, studied how people search for and compare flights, and built the first version of our platform with coverage for 15 domestic destinations.
