We will calculate the price difference based on current availability and apply it to your booking. Upgrades are subject to hotel and flight availability at your chosen destination. Contact our support team or your assigned trip coordinator to initiate an upgrade, and we will provide an updated quote within 24 hours.

Our cancellation policy varies by tier. Explorer packages offer a full refund if cancelled 30 days or more before departure, with a 50% refund for cancellations between 15 and 29 days out. Voyager packages extend the full refund window to 21 days. Odyssey packages include our priority rebooking assurance, which allows you to reschedule your trip to any available date within 12 months at no additional cost. All tiers include travel insurance that may cover cancellations due to medical emergencies or other qualifying events.

Yes, all three package tiers include round-trip flights. The Explorer package covers economy class seats, the Voyager package provides premium economy seating with additional legroom and priority boarding, and the Odyssey package includes business class tickets with lounge access at departure airports. Flight routes are sourced from our airline partners, and we always try to book direct flights when available. If a layover is necessary, we prioritize short connection times and comfortable airports.

Absolutely. Each package serves as a starting point, and you are welcome to add extra excursions, spa treatments, dining experiences, or adventure activities at any time before or during your trip. Our trip coordinators maintain relationships with local tour operators and can arrange anything from cooking classes to helicopter tours. Additional activities are priced separately and will be quoted before you confirm. Voyager and Odyssey travelers receive priority access to popular excursions that may sell out during peak season.

That said, we regularly accommodate bookings made 2 to 3 weeks in advance, especially for Explorer packages to popular destinations. Odyssey packages, which involve business class flights and luxury resorts, benefit from earlier planning, ideally 3 months or more. During peak travel seasons like summer and the December holiday period, early booking is strongly advised across all tiers.
