We will make a good-faith effort to address your concern within 30 days of receiving your written notice. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue resolution through the courts as described in the Governing Law section above. You agree that any claim you may have arising out of or relating to your relationship with TravelLoger or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or it shall be permanently barred.
